The fishing scene and waterfall views at Lake Cumberland never disappoints.  Lake Cumberland also has 129 campsites with utility hook-ups available with 3 service building supplying showers and restrooms. The Zoological Society of Cincinnati was founded in 1873 and officially opened its doors in 1875, making the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden the second oldest Zoo in the United States. Today, the Zoo showcases hundreds of animals, insects, and plant species.  Many of these rare animals are endangered, so plan your visit and help a critter.
